No Parking, Lewis

I don’t have much to say about this ensemble, it’s not a favourite and not particularly innovative, but it is demonstrative of wearing items in a fashion slightly changed from the way in which they were intended to be worn. Far too cumbersome a sentence to be repeated as often as I practice this, I feel a new word coming on – altered intention – altention?
I’ve mentioned my swivelling tendencies before, with low neck items – the top is a cardigan worn backwards. An eternally favourite modus operandi, the cardigan not only sits better, but it feeds my growing fetish for back detailing. The skirt saw some hem hacking and elastic threading for added puffiness. It is unashamedly short, but I take solace in the fact that the elastic grips my legs to ensure maximum modesty for a skirt of such unseemly length. The shoes are rather comical Prada banana heel knock offs, designed to kill the balls of my poor, unsuspecting feet.
