This post is an ode to the vintage malls/ stores of Dallas. Some images are from the beautifully presented Dolly Python and others from a crazy adventure of a trek to Lula B's. A mishmash of kitsch and class(?), if there's nothing to suit your tastes, the spectacle itself is worth a trip. After all, what's not to love about retro weight loss campaigns and creepy/ angry, seemingly pregnant baby dolls?
I love searching through antique malls. Everything is always extremely over prices so I rarely find anything but it's always an enjoyable experience to be around so much history.
love all of the pictures in this post and in your whole blog! they really capture a vintage feeling. i wish i lived in dallas because those stores look so fun to go treasure hunting in.
these photos are amazing and have definitely gotten me in the mood for a good vintage shop/treasure hunt.
